Federal Economic Mobility Grant

From 2022 - 2025 we worked with the CO. Dept. of Human Services and the Federal office of Child Support Services to implement our youth/agency partnership strategy that culminated in a youth-led community-level film production and peer-targeted economic mobility digital campaign that’s reached tens of thousands of Colorado youth.

Data collected from youth who participated demonstrated that the project was successful in helping the youth learn more about economic mobility, child support, paternity, co-parenting, and the importance of breaking cycles of parenting in poverty.

Participating youth believed that the work had a positive effect on their future economic mobility. 

Child support and responsible parenting are not easy topics to make relevant for youth. Yet, the content we acquired resulted in thousands of Coloradan youth consuming guidance on ways to break free from the cycle of poverty.
